WWE legend The Undertaker made a surprise appearance on Sunday (Monday, Manila time) at the WWE Battleground event, exacting his revenge on Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar, a former UFC Heavyweight champ, was on the brink of reclaiming the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the night’s main event after hitting Seth Rollins with an F5.
That was when The Undertaker appeared and delivered a chokeslam to Lesnar, as well as hitting him with two Tombstone Piledrivers, leaving the St. Louis crowd in awe.
It was a signal of redemption for the 50-year-old who saw his 21-match winning streak at WrestleMania snapped by Lesnar last year.
The Undertaker last competed in WrestleMania 31 back in April, where he beat Bray Wyatt.
