EAC stays unscathed in Spikers’ Turf

Emilio Aguinaldo College kept its unblemished record in three matches after beating Mapua in straight sets, 25-22, 26-24, 25-17, Monday in the Spikers’ Turf Season 1 Collegiate Conference at San Juan Arena.

Steered by Howard Mojica, the Generals dispatched their NCAA rivals and outshone them in a close second set to come away with the win.

Mojica had 18 of his 19 points from kills, while Kerth Melliza scored all of his 11 points from attacks.

Guest player April Pagtalunan also had 27 excellent sets to go with his two service aces and a block

Philip Bagalay topped the still winless Cardinals with 16 points.
