UFC: Aldo-McGregor set for December in Las Vegas

The keenly-awaited Jose Aldo and Connor McGregor fight is on.

And it was no less than UFC president Dana White himself who made it official after disclosing the details of one of the biggest fight in MMA history.

The fight will be staged on Dec. 12 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

As per Yahoo Sports, the bout was originally set for Dec. 5 but a scheduling conflict pushed it a week later.

White commended MGM officials for “moving heaven and earth” to make the featherweight title unification bout push through in the same venue a week after the supposed date.

A month ago, Aldo was supposed to defend his featherweight title against McGregor but the 28-year-old Brazilian pulled out due to a rib injury he suffered while training for the fight.
