‘Fiestag,’ poultry show today
POPULAR gamefowl breeders get to show their finest stags starting today in the “Fiestag and Poultry Show” at SMX Convention Center of Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
Gamefowl enthusiasts can avail themselves of fine “Bakbakan” stags from their favorite breeders.
Supported by about 9,000 farms nationwide, the “Fiestag and Poutry Show” is a joint project of the Philippine Egg Board Association (PEB), United Broiler Raisers Association (Ubra) and the International Gamefowl Breeders Association Inc. (Figba).
The three-day event features exhibits of veterinary products, feed products, equipment and gamefowl supplies.
The agriculture committee chairs in Congress, Sen. Cynthia Villar and Rep. Mark Leandro Mendoza as well as Agriculture Sec. Proceso J. Alcala are the event’s guest speakers.
