LeBron James refused to back down, either when posed with the hypothetical question as to who’s going to win in a game of one-on-one between him and Michael Jordan with both in their primes.
The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar isn’t betting against himself despite facing one of the greatest players of all time and James believes the matchup will be a dogfight.
“Oh, I take myself,” James told Willie Geist of Today. “For sure. I mean, I’m gonna take myself versus anybody. I’ll tell you one thing—they’re gonna have to have a few wheelchairs and a couple ambulances there to get us off the floor.”
The two-time NBA champion and four-time MVP’s response came after Jordan’s answer to ESPN.com that “no question” he would beat the four-time MVP.
