Floyd goes passive-aggressive on Rousey, wishes her ‘the best’

Ronda Rousey has been, undoubtedly, the most famous woman in sports for 2015.

She’s finished fights faster than you can say “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey, she’s won ESPYs, she’s appeared in movies, she’s undeniably gorgeous, and she’s given Floyd Mayweather Jr. the verbal beatdown only the best trash-talkers can do.

And it looks like Mayweater took the passive-aggressive way of keeping up with Rousey.

In a report from Bloodyelbow.com, Mayweather still insisted he doesn’t know who Rousey is but did the most unlikely thing Floyd Mayweather Jr. would do.

Mayweather wished Rousey the best.

“Before, I didn’t know who she was, you know? I wish her nothing but the best. Good luck with everything,” Mayweather said.

It’s almost been a year since Mayweather said that he didn’t know Rousey and the UFC women’s bantamweight champion reminded boxing’s pound-for-pound king who she was.

Upon receiving her Fighter of the Year ESPY, Rousey wondered what Mayweather would think “if he got beat up by a woman.”
