Stallion, Pachanga seal UFL Cup q’final duel
FIRST division sides Stallion and Pachanga Diliman turned back their foes Sunday night to forge a quarterfinal duel in the United Football League Cup at Rizal Memorial Stadium.
Stallion whipped undermanned Socceroo, 9-0, before Pachanga survived Laos, 2-0, in an ill-tempered encounter.
Stallion, the 2013 Cup winner, and Pachanga, runner-up to Loyola last season, clash for a place in the semifinals on Saturday.

Billed as the most competitive encounter in the Round of 16, Pachanga and Laos battled to a scoreless first half, before the first division side finally put the newly minted second division champion to the sword with a couple of goals in the first 10 minutes of the second half. Cedelf P. Tupas
