Days removed from his final “The Today Show” broadcast, comedian Jon Stewart will be making an appearance at a World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) special event, the WWE SummerSlam, on August 24 Manila time in Brooklyn.
WWE made the announcement on Monday (Tuesday Manila time) at WWE Raw in Minneapolis, which will mark Stewart’s first appearance since bidding his show goodbye.

Stewart has been an avid WWE fan, and even participated in a feud with current WWE champion Seth Rollins in the past.
SummerSlam features the rematch between former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker, a title-for-title duel between Rollins and United States champion John Cena, and a tag team match which pits Arrow star Stephen Amell and Neville against Stardust and Bad News Barrett.
