Ceres takes on Archers for UFL Cup semis spot

REIGNING league titlist Ceres La Salle seeks to stay on track for a rare championship double as it clashes with Green Archers United tonight in the UFL Cup at Rizal Memorial Stadium.

Kick off is at 8:15 p.m. with Ceres and Archers disputing a spot in the Last Four of the competition that dangles a playoff berth for the AFC Cup group stage.

Kaya battles newly promoted JP Voltes in another quarterfinal duel at 5:15 p.m.

Coming off a 10-1 demolition of Nomads, Kaya is fancied to advance against a Voltes side that overcame Pasargad, 2-1, in the Round of 16.

Ceres reached the quarterfinals after a 7-0 whipping of UST FC while Green Archers won via forfeiture over Agila.
