Top UFC star Ronda Rousey took another shot at boxing’s pound-for-pound fighter Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Rousey blasted Mayweather saying she makes twice or thrice more money per second than him before mocking the welterweight champion.
“[Floyd] said ‘You make $300 million a night, then you can give me a call’ and I actually did the math and given the numbers of my last fight, I’m actually the highest paid UFC fighter and I’m a woman,” the 28-year-old Rousey told TMZ.
“I think I actually make 2-3 times more than he does per second. So when he learns to read and write, he can text me,” added Rousey, taking a swipe at Mayweather’s rumored illiteracy.
The UFC women’s bantamweight champion is the biggest draw in combat sports today. Rousey’s opponents in her last three fights only lasted for 64 seconds combined.
She stakes her unbeaten record against Holly Holm at UFC 195 on Jan. 2.
