Three teams fight for the last two semifinal berths in the Spikers’ Turf Collegiate Conference Wednesday at Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan. La Salle and Emilio Aguinaldo College, both toting 3-3 records, collide at 1 p.m. with the winner clinching the No. 3 spot.

National College of Business and Arts, likewise with a 3-3 card, will also try to avoid the complications of a semifinal playoff when it goes up against University of the Philippines at 3 p.m.

Ateneo claimed the No. 1 spot in the Final Four after wrapping up its quarterfinal run with a 7-0 record, while National University booked the second seed at 6-1.

The winner between the Green Archers and the Generals will advance to the Final Four, while the loser will have to hope that the NCBA Wildcats drop their match to forge a do-or-die contest for the last semifinal berth.

League-leading scorer Howard Mojica is expected to flash his explosive form anew to lead the Generals.
