Rousey on future plans: ‘I don’t want to be fighting in my 30s’
Enjoy watching Ronda Rousey fight while you still can.
Rousey, the top draw in the MMA today, shared her future plans in the latest episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” and that “future” may come sooner than later for the UFC women’s bantamweight champion, who talked about the possibility of retiring during her early 30s.

If you’re actually 30 years old, that’s 30, not 30s. Once you add the one, that’s 30s, plural. I’m 28 – I don’t know.”
If Rousey stays true to her word and does retire when she hits her 30s, she could very well have at least five to six fights left including her upcoming clash with former boxing champion Holly Holm at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia.
Assuming Rousey beats Holm, she could finally end up fighting Cris “Cyborg” Justino along the way in what would be one of the biggest fights in MMA history.

She’s won all of her 12 fights by stoppage and all but one ended in the first round with her last three fights only lasting for 64 seconds combined.
And when Rousey retires, there’s no question that she goes down as one of the greatest MMA fighters ever.
