Athletics chief Philip Ella Juico will  present the 2017 Southeast Asian Games program for track and field in a meeting with the country’s top sports officials Thursday.

The Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association (Patafa) president will show his budget plan for the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games to Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) chair Richie Garcia and Philippine Olympic Committee president Jose Cojuangco for them to get an overview of what he intends to do.

“We should all start planning ahead,” said Juico, a former PSC chair.

Looking beyond the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics, Juico said the comprehensive Patafa program would culminate in the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. June Navarro
