Manny Pacquiao’s promoter Bob Arum said his prized fighter is eyeing the presidency after he retires from boxing.

“He’s gonna fight again next year but his goal is to become a senator in the Philippines, which he will be next year, and then to be president,” Arum said.

Pacquiao, who is only 36-years-old, is still ineligible to run for the Philippines’ highest political seat but a Senate stint is attainable as the Philippine Constitution only requires 35 years as the minimum age.
