Reigning NBA MVP Stephen Curry arrived in Manila Saturday morning for a one-day visit as part of his Under Armour Asian tour.
Curry flew in from Tokyo and is scheduled to leave Manila Saturday night to wrap up his tour dubbed “The UA RoadShow” in China.
“@StephenCurry30: What’s going on Manila??????????? The #UARoadshow is finally here. Can’t wait to see you guys and have some fun today,” he posted on his Twitter account.
The Golden State Warriors’ star guard will meet the Philippine media in a press conference in the afternoon before interacting with Filipino fans in a basketball showcase at Mall of Asia Arena.
The 27-year-old Curry, who led the Warriors to their first NBA championship in 40 years last June, will conduct drills with selected varsity players.
