World Boxing Council No. 1 light flyweight contender and Oriental titlist Jonathan Taconing and brothers Juan Martin “Bai” and Juan Miguel “Mig” Elorde fight separate foes Saturday in a triple main-event billed as “Boxing Kontra Droga” at Elorde Sports Center in Sucat, Parañaque.
Taconing stakes his OPBF title against Jomar Fajardo over 12 rounds in the fight card presented by businessman-sportsman Johnny Elorde in cooperation with the Rotary Club of Manila 101.
WBO Asia Pacific super featherweight champion “Bai” Elorde fights Indonesian Yakobus Heluka while younger brother and WBO AP super bantam champion Mig battles Arnold Mau, also of Indonesia, in 10 rounders that start at 5 p.m.
