Petron got steamrolled by Zhetyssu of Kazakhstan, 17-25, 18-25, 20-25, in the classification stages of the Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championships Saturday at Ha Nam Gymansium in Vietnam.

After conceding the first two sets, the Blaze Spikers were primed to extend the game after building a 13-10 bubble but the Kazakhs regrouped and were able to recover and win in straight sets.
