Top int’l volleyball exec to grace Superliga opening

Top International Volleyball Federation executive council member Stav Jacobi will arrive in the country to grace the opening of the 2015 Philippine Superliga Grand Prix slated Oct. 10 at Alonte Sports Arena in Binan, Laguna.
Jacobi’s presence is expected to boost the country’s plans to stage the FIVB World Women’s Club championships next year. He is owner of top-tier European league team Volero Zurich.
