‘Tech requirements’ for TV move Gilas-Japan semis game to 10pm

Fans of Gilas Pilipinas have to stay up a little later as the 2015 Fiba Asia semifinals tiff between the Philippines and Japan has been moved to 10 p.m.

Originally slated at 9:30 p.m., the Fiba working committee in Changsha, China cited “technical requirements for television” as the reason for pushing back the tipoff.

The other semifinal game, pitting home squad China and defending Asian champs Iran, will remain at 7:30 p.m. Randolph B. Leongson
