Flawless.
That was how fans described UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe’s performance in the 2015 UAAP Cheerdance Competition.
And you couldn’t blame the Thomasian community to feel victorious with its impressive routine.
“Sobrang linis. Entrance pa lang, ang ganda na. Tayo lang ang walang mali,” said nursing sophomore Shalom Abracosa, who witnessed the contests for the first time live.
Together with friend Britney Lapuz, a pharmacy freshman, the two cheered their hearts out as UST capped off the eight-team competition.
And if Salinggawi does end up in the top three, the two have no doubt that the UST crowd did its best to boost the troupe.
“Makikita mo kung gaano ka-united yung ngayon after nung mga last year. Determined talaga sila manalo,” Abracosa said.
And whatever result UST gets at the end of the day, the two are just beaming with pride to be a part of this.
“Ang sarap maging Thomasian!,” the two shouted.
