Eleven of the 12 imports have arrived to boost the half-dozen teams seeing action in the 2015 Philippine Superliga Grand Prix which blasts off Oct. 10 at Alonte Sports Arena in Biñan, Laguna.

Apart from World Grand Prix veteran Lynda Morales of Puerto Rico, all the reinforcements have started practicing with their teams, according to the league.

Petron’s Rupia Inck and Erica Adachi were the first to arrive last Sept 1. They were followed by Liis Kullerkann and Christina Alessi of Meralco, Sara McClinton of RC Cola, Bojana Todorovic and Alexis Olgard of Philips Gold, Katie Messing and Lindsay Stalzer of Foton and Amanda Anderson and Ariel Usher of Cignal.

Morales of RC Cola is expected to fly in on Wednesday from Turkey where she is still playing in a tournament.

A 6-foot-1 middle blocker, she saw action in this year’s World Grand Prix and is a regular in pro leagues in Turkey and Brazil.

Morales will partner with McClinton from Omaha who was a member of the Kansas University all-time career skills list.

Inck and returning import Adachi played with Petron in the Asian Club Championships in Vietnam last month.

Meralco will be bannered by Kullerkann from Ohio University who saw action for Estonia in the 2014 FIVB World Championships. Alessi played for Palm Beach Altlantic University and in Sweden.

The 6-5 Olgard, a middle blocker, and 5-11 Todorovic, an outside hitter, will give Philips Gold the needed offensive sock. Olgard played for University of Southern California, while Todorovic helped University of California-Los Angeles win the 2011 Nationals.

Foton will parade Texan outside hitter Messing who was selected to the US national girls training pool, and Stalzer, who played for Cignal last year.

Anderson, a middle blocker from Minnesota, will play for Cignal alongside Usher, an outside hitter from Oregon.
