PSL: Usher stars anew as Cignal rips Meralco for third win

Cignal extended its dominance and this time destroyed Meralco, 25-17, 25-18, 25-17, Saturday to remain unbeaten after three matches in the Philippine Superliga Grand Prix women’s volleyball at the Cuneta Astrodome.

The HD Spikers leaned on Ariel Usher who fired at will against the Power Spikers’ spotty defenses that spelled their fourth straight defeat.

Usher banged in 24 points including 22 kills, while Amanda Anderson and Fritz Joy Gallenero added 11 points each for the HD Spikers.
