The Shakey’s V-League has cancelled its Sunday double header due to expected heavy rains brought about by Typhoon “Lando”
The league confirmed the development on its official Twitter account @vleague_ph.
Philippine Army was set to square off with University of the Philippines in curtain raiser at 12:45 p.m. while PLDT Home Ultera took on Kia Forte.
Likewise, the lone Spikers Turf’ match at 5 p.m. between IEM and Philippine Navy has also been wiped out.
Metro Manila is expected to bear the brunt of the rains on Sunday.
