National athletics chief Philip Ella Juico will discuss the country’s hosting of the coming Asian Athletics Association Council meeting in Tuesday’s Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum at Shakey’s Malate.
Sharing the spotlight with Juico is former cager Vince Hizon of the Filipino Basketball Association.
