Far Eastern University may be on top now, but head coach Nash Racela knows no lead is safe.
At 10-1, the Tamaraws are just a game ahead of University of Santo Tomas, a team which beat them in the first round.

“UST beat us last round,” Racela said Wednesday after their dominant win over Adamson at Mall of Asia Arena. “Our goal is to win against them and split the series.”
A race for the fourth spot is another scenario Racela has his eyes on with contenders National University and De La Salle among the teams the Tamaraws have yet to battle.
“NU needs every game so does La Salle,” Racela said.
The Green Archers are at fourth seed with a 5-5 record while the Bulldogs are at fifth with 4-7.
“I think they need the win more than us,” Racela said.
FEU battles UST on November 7 and NU on November 14. No schedule has been released yet for its match against La Salle, which was originally scheduled for October 17.
