With its groove and confidence back in killing sharpness, Petron destroyed RC Cola, 25-23, 25-27, 25-15, 25-13, Thursday night to grab a piece of the leadership in the Philippine Superliga Grand Prix women’s volleyball at The Arena in San Juan.

The back-to-back champions Blaze Spikers now strung up two straight wins in the second round and already tied the Cignal HD Spikers at 5-2. The Raiders fell to 1-5.

Rupia Inck accounted for 21 points, while Rachel Anne Daquis and Dindin Manabat added 16 and 11 points, respectively for Petron.
