Rising Suns notch 2nd straight win
Cagayan Valley whipped Supremo Lex, 74-60, for its second straight win in the PCBL Founders Cup Tuesday night at JCSGO gym to strengthen its bid for a twice-to-beat advantage in the quarterfinal round.
Mark Brana finished with a game-high 23 points to power the Rising Suns to their fourth win in seven games.
Kama Motors pulled off an 82-78 upset win over sister team Caida Tiles in the second game.
It was the second straight defeat tasted by the Tile Masters while the victory gave Kama Motors their third victory in seven matches.
