Purdy also dished out seven assists as the Mighty Bulsu kept their semifinal hopes alive after nailing a breakthrough win after five games.
Pampanga Foton Toplander stayed unbeaten by overwhelming Quezon City UP Maroons, 74-65.
Marlon Gomez dished out a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds as the Toplanders extended their unbeaten start to five games.
The Toplanders also got a measure of revenge on the Maroons, who took the inaugural FBA crown at their expense early this year.
In the other game, newcomer Manila NU MFT leaned on Matt Salem and Issa Gaye to dump Marikina Wangs Deliverers, 70-59, and improve to 4-1.
Salem, a former La Salle player, finished with 13 points and nine rebounds while Gaye had 11 points and a game-best 15 boards for the Bulldogs.
