UAAP Season 78: Ravena wins 2nd straight MVP
Ateneo’s Kiefer Ravena bested University of Santo Tomas’ Kevin Ferrer to bag his second straight MVP award.
Ravena amassed 69.50 statistical points to win a close battle with Ferrer, who collected 67.35 SPs in the statistical race.

“This is a huge blessing for me to be able to share it with the people who really matter to me,” Ravena said.
National University’s Alfred Aroga (63.28), De La Salle’s Jeron Teng (60.78) and UST’s Ed Daquioag (60.57) complete the top five.
Article continues after this advertisementRavena was the lone Blue Eagle in the top 10. He averaged league-highs 18.9 points and 4.8 assists per game in the elimination round and led Ateneo to third place with a 9-5 record.
The 22-year-old, who is in his final playing year, will have to sustain his MVP form with Ateneo facing No. 2 Far Eastern Universtiy in the Final Four set on Saturday.
The Blue Eagles, who will need to beat FEU twice to advance in the finals, got swept by the Tamaraws in the elimination round.
