MVP confirms resignation of PBA president Salud

Business tycoon and sports patron Manny V. Pangilinan on Tuesday confirmed the resignation of Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) president and chief executive officer Chito Salud.

The owner of three teams in the PBA, Pangilinan, who is also known as MVP, has mentioned Salud’s reported resignation in passing in a press briefing at Meralco Theater.

“Meanwhile, in the PBA, Chito Salud is also resigning,” Pangilinan told reporters during the press conference. RC
