PWU banked on MVP Charlene Camba to scuttle Polytechnic University of the Philippines, 48-40, for the 25-U title.
St. Paul-Pasig edged DLSZ, 33-31, to claim the 13-under crown of the tournament organized by Best Center (Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training Center) founded by former national coach Nic Jorge.
