Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced that he will make an appearance at WrestleMania 32 on April 3 next year in Dallas.

And we have FUN. Ok that’s four things but you know what the hell The Rock’s sayin’. Thank you #WWEUniverse! It’s always an honor coming home and I wouldn’t miss it for the world,” Johnson said in an Instagram post.
Johnson failed to show up in last week’s Slammy Awards, where he and MMA superstar Ronda Rousey won the “This Is Awesome” Moment of the Year after their WrestleMania 31 encounter with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) executives Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
After the no-show, Johnson teased the big announcement which is expected to bring more glitter to “The Biggest Stage of Them All” at AT&T Stadium.
It isn’t clear, though, whether The Rock will compete in the event or will just show up just like he did in WrestleMania XXX, when he and fellow legends Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Hulk Hogan opened the show.
But his presence would definitely be a huge boost to a depleted WWE crew with stars Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, and Cesaro expected to miss the said event.
Johnson last competed in the WWE back in WrestleMania 29, where he lost the WWE Championship to John Cena to end their three-year rivalry.
