On a roughly two-decade-old and long-lost television advertisement, a young Steph Curry was the NBA child star even before his daughter Riley took the spotlight.
Fast-food empire Burger King employed adorable father-son duo Dell Curry and Steph on an advertisement where the now Golden State Warriors superstar wanted to be an NBA player.
Dell, one of the deadliest shooters of his time, played with the Utah Jazz, Cleveland Cavaliers, Charlotte Hornets, Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors. However, it was with the North Carolina team where he achieved notoriety as a perimeter threat playing for the said team for 10 years.
He retired in 2002, seven years earlier before Steph got drafted in 2009 as the seventh pick fulfilling Steph’s dream as an NBA player.
