Ten-year-old Alexandra Eala powered her way to the last four of the girls’ 16-under even as 15-year-old Jake Martin bulldozed his way to the Final Four of the boys’ side.

Eala continued her way winning ways against older and bigger opponents when she stopped No. 2 Miles Vitaliano, 6-4, 6-2.

Slots to the national team are at stake in the meet held in honor of long-time Philippine Tennis Association (Philta) president and now Philippine Sports Commissioner Salvador “Buddy” Andrada.

The feisty left-hander from Colegio San Agustin will next take on Gabby Zoleta.

Top seed Rafaella Villanueva also arrange a semifinal battle against Ibiza Mae Perez.
