LOS ANGELES, United States — Kobe Bryant scored 25 points but suffered a dislocated finger on his right hand in the Los Angeles Lakers 119-113 loss to the San Antonio Spurs.

Bryant dislocated his right middle finger with just over two minutes left in Friday’s NBA Western Conference contest after losing his balance.

He left the game briefly to allow trainer Gary Vitti to pop the finger back into place.

“This probably will be the only time I can sit here and do this at a press conference,” Bryant said, flashing his middle digit to reporters which drew some hearty laughs.

Bryant made 10-of-25 shots from the field, missing seven of the eight three-point attempts.

Bryant hopes to play Sunday in Chicago which will mark his final game in the Windy City. The Los Angeles Times reported that X-rays showed there was no fracture.
