Fresh from leading the Nazareth School of National University to a UAAP Season 78 juniors title, Jeff Napa is about to get the biggest break of his coaching career.

Napa is set to be named as the new head coach of the Letran Knights on Tuesday following a stern selection process done by the school administration.

Napa, 35, has earned his stripes as a deputy of Eric Altamirano for the NU Bulldogs and head coach of the Bullpups.

Under his guidance, NU swept the eliminations en route to snaring the school’s third juniors championship in three games just last Friday.

Napa will be taking over a Letran squad, which is coming off its first NCAA championship in 10 years.

He is replacing Aldin Ayo, who switched to the UAAP to become the head coach of De La Salle University.

Napa will be banking on a team led by Rey Nambatac, Jom Sollano, and Mcjour Luib in his first year in Intramuros.
