Pacquiao has slowed down a bit, says Roach

MANNY Pacquiao is no longer whirlwind-fast as he used to be, but he will be good enough for Timothy Bradley, according to the Filipino superstar’s trainer Freddie Roach, who still predicted a knockout win by Pacquiao in their third fight on April 9 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

“He has slowed down a little bit—I will honestly say that,” Roach told Steve Kim of BoxingScene.com Monday.

“He’s not the same guy who fought Ricky Hatton (whom he knocked out in Round 2 in 2009) right now.”
