The duo, the top-ranked Filipinos in the world, will be coming off stints abroad and will be playing in the local circuit after missing the Sherwood stop of the Asian Development Tour in Trece Martires, Cavite, two weeks ago.
Tabuena and Que are inside the top 60 in the world rankings and are eligible to represent the country in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in August.
The 21-year-old Tabuena already owns a leg win in the circuit, ruling the Anvaya Cove leg before posting impressive finishes in the Asian Tour.
Que, meanwhile, will be arriving fresh from a ninth-place finish at The Crowns tilt in Japan where he pocketed almost P1.5 million.
The traditional pro-am kicks off the event Monday.
Antonio Lascuña completes the Big 3 of local golf and will be shooting to win a second straight leg after triumphing in Tarlac at the Luisita Championship.
A handful of foreigners, counting Philippine resident Guido Van Der Valk of The Netherlands, is also entered.
Rookies Justin Quiban and Jobim Carlos are also playing.
