Archers, Warriors eye lead; Knights join fray

LA SALLE and University of the East dispute the early lead even as reigning NCAA champion Letran makes its preseason debut today when it battles Lyceum in the Filoil Flying V Premier Cup in San Juan.

Still searching for sharp form, Ateneo seeks a breakthrough victory against an Adamson team raring to bounce back from an opening-day loss at 4 p.m. at Filoil Flying V Centre.

The Warriors slipped past the Eagles, 93-91, in overtime last Saturday.

Focus will also be on the Knights, who will also be without aces Mark Cruz and Kevin Racal. Cedelf P. Tupas
