Baracael, Monfort bolster NLEX rotation, says Fernandez
Mac Baracael and Emman Monfort won’t play in their first official game as part of NLEX until the new conference tips off on July 15.
But Road Warriors Boyet Fernandez already knows what he’s going to get from his new players.
Article continues after this advertisement“Baracael will fortify our three-four man rotation while Eman will solidify our point-guard rotation,” Fernandez told INQUIRER.net in a text message.
NLEX acquired Baracael and Monfort in a six-team trade in exchange for floor-spacer Mark Borboran and rookie Simon Enciso last month.
The team also got the services of James Forrester and sent John Wilson to Phoenix in a separate deal.
