Graduation ceremonies are a special time for any student and none moreso than student-athletes.

Reyes spent five years in La Salle and during her time with the Lady Spikers she’s produced three titles and went to the finals five times.
Now, Reyes took her academic bow and graduated with a degree in Psychology and the middle blocker couldn’t be any happier.

“Sobrang sarap ng feeling na finally naka-graduate na ako pero, volleyball is life nga, so right after pumunta kaagad ako dito,” said Reyes Saturday at San Juan Arena.
Reyes had nine points for her troubles and F2 Logistics trumped Cignal 25-12, 23-25, 25-20, 25-11.
That was one Saturday to remember for Reyes, and just like her academic achievement, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime thing where she’ll be celebrating her team’s win and her own personal triumph.
“Mag celebrate kami siyempre once-in-a-lifetime lang ‘to hindi ko to palalampasin, five years kong hinintay ‘to,” said Reyes.
