Arellano emerged as the consensus top pick for the upcoming season with star guard Jio Jalalon expected to have a brilliant final year for the Chiefs.
The 92nd second kicks off Saturday with an elaborate opening ceremonies and a double header pitting rivals Letran and San Beda in the curtain raiser and Mapua and Jose Rizal University in the main game.
