WATCH: Kobe thanks fans, tells Filipinos to push beyond expectations

Kobe Bryant has established himself as one of the greatest NBA players of all time.

He’s the third all-time in scoring, a five-time champion, and arguably the second-best shooting guard in history and he did all that with an unrelenting drive that is the stuff of legends.

And he wants the Filipinos to subscribe to his “Mamba Mentality.”

“Always push yourself beyond what your expectations are. Demand more, love the hate.”

Bryant, who visited Manila over the weekend, also thanked the Filipino fans for their warm welcome and love.

“Thank you so much for the tremendous honor. It’s something I’ll absolutely never forget. Thank you for the love you have shown me. It’s something that I will always, always remember.”
