Tanduay gave itself a huge bounce back win, dismantling Topstar ZC Mindanao in a 55-point blowout, 133-78, Tuesday in the 2016 PBA D-League Foundation Cup at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

“Actually di ako satisfied sa first half namin because we allowed them to score 48 points. Di sa minamaliit ko ang Mindanao, but they’re not one of the big boys kaya pinagalitan ko sila at halftime and gave them a tongue-lashing,” said coach Lawrence Chongson.
“I challenged them to hold our opponents to 30 points in the second half and nag-respond naman sila, especially our shock troopers.”
JR Cawaling carried the still winless Aguilas with 21 points, while Dexter Garcia had 15 in Topstar ZC Mindanao’s eighth straight defeat.
