“6-0 is a good number, for sure, it’s getting us good feelings but we should put this number behind and think about the next game,” said Madanly Friday at Ynares Sports Center here in Antipolo.

“It’s not about how you start but how you finish.”

TNT is now at the top of the 12-team standings midway through the conference, and appears to show no signs of slowing down.

Madanly finished TNT’s 112-117 win over Phoenix with a team-high 30 points on 8-of-13 shooting from deep and he had a large factor in the Katropa’s record-setting performance.

TNT made 19 triples, the most triples in the league this season, and sixth all-time.

“It’s absolutely a great feeling but it didn’t come from nothing, I worked hard everyday in the gym,” said Madanly. “That’s how it’s supposed to be every game but sometimes it goes in and sometimes it goes out, but this is a blessing.”
