Deadlines for PBA Rookie aspirants set

Deadlines for aspiring PBA rookies are nearing with the league’s 41st season winding down in its third conference.
September 2 is the final date for the submission of requirements for the Fil-foreign applicants, with the preliminary list of applicants to be released to member teams on September 9.
These applicants will then undergo a contestability period from September 10 to October 9 with the list of Fil-foreign applicants set to be finalized on October 14.
Local aspirants, meanwhile, can still submit their application until October 14, with the Draft Combine set for October 25 to 27.
The final list of draft candidates will be released on October 28.
The 2016 PBA Rookie Draft is on October 30.
