Barako Bull padded on to its winning streak as it endured B-Meg, 87-84, in an overtime thriller Saturday in the 2011 PBA Philippine Cup in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.

Willie Miller towed the Energy to their fourth straight triumph with 18 points and four rebounds while rookie Dylan Ababou proved steady down the stretch.

After missing game-winning heave at the end of regulation, Miller, who has been a consistent leader for Barako as of late, also provided the spark in the extra five minutes.

Ababou sank two pressure-packed freethrows for a 79-76 breathing room with seven seconds left as  Barako, which had to overcome an early 17-point deficit, looked on its way to a victory.

But the Llamados’ top gunner James Yap nailed a triple with 1.8 seconds left which sent the game into overtime.

The Energy improved to 4-1 and tied with Rain or Shine in the standings while the Llamados slid to their fourth loss with just two victories.
