Gov’t throws full support behind FIVB hosting

“This will be an opportunity to further recognize of the Philippines as a world-class venue for international sporting event.”
The circular is effective immediately.
PSL president Ramon “Tats” Suzara welcomed this positive development, saying that the full government support will make them flexible in making the tournament a success.
The Philippine National Police has earlier assured the meet organizers to put up a security plan that could match in scale the country’s hosting of the Asia Pacific Economic Summit and the Papal visit.
