PH jins snag 3 world’s golds

Filipino jins sparkled anew in the international arena, winning three gold and five bronze medals in the recent 2016 World Poomsae Taekwondo Championships in Lima, Peru.

Ernesto Guzman Jr. emerged as top Philippine performer by bagging the recognized poomsae men’s individual under 40 gold and sharing with Jean Pierre Sabido and Glenn Lava the recognized poomsae men’s team over 40 gold.  Jeordan Dominguez provided the third gold in the freestyle poomsae individual male.

The Filipinos, who also carried the colors of PLDT Home Ultera and MVP Sports Foundation, finished sixth out of 55 countries.
