PBA Finals Game 5 plays as scheduled this afternoon

Despite the inclement weather, Game 5 of the 2016 PBA Governors’ Cup Finals between Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and Meralco will push through Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The league made the announcement through its social media platforms early Sunday morning as fans of both the Gin Kings and the Bolts are expected to troop once more to the Big Dome.

Game time is at 6:30 p.m.

Metro Manila is now under Signal No. 1 as the typhoon slowed down after making a landfall over Baler, Aurora.

The best-of-seven duel is tied at 2-2 after Ginebra won, 88-86, in Game 4 on Friday. CBB
